The Challenge

After positive results in oncology, Le Scotte decided to extend the use of therapeutic VR to two departments: Oncology and Pediatric Surgery. The goal: to make procedures such as blood draws, dressing changes, and post-operative awakenings less traumatic.

The pediatric section required content specifically for younger children, with a user experience accessible even to children aged 4 and up.

Our strategy

We have activated Lemons in three departments with a complete adoption of the service: headsets, dedicated content, staff training, and ongoing support. The immersive experiences are tailored to the patient's age and the type of procedure. Le Scotte has extended the program to Rheumatology, where LEMO accompanies patients during rheumatological infusion therapies.
