The Challenge
Introducing a non-pharmacological approach into an established setting requires the tool to work without disrupting anything: not the clinical protocols, not the staff's habits, nor the relationship with the patient. The Ordine Mauriziano Hospital was looking for something that could be integrated into the care routine with minimal investment in training and without dependence on external technical figures.

Zero operational friction. Adoption driven by the direct perception of the benefit.
Our strategy
We launched a structured pilot program with LEMO, supporting the clinical team at every stage: selecting priority departments, staff training, initial patient sessions, and systematic feedback collection. The positive patient reactions reinforced the staff's motivation to integrate LEMO into their daily routine.

An adoption that does not depend on top-down mandates, but on the direct perception of the benefit.
